The 2009 Fall meeting for Division 2, D8CR, will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico on
Saturday, September 26, 2009

American Legion Post 49
11005 Central Ave NE.
located at the intersection of Central & Elizabeth between Juan Tabo & Eubank.
Park on the north side of the building and we are located at the northwest door in the small hall
The Uniform for the meeting will be tropical blue long
Registration will be conducted from 0800 – 0900 hours on the meeting date
Cost of Registration that includes snacks and lunch is $11
Morning Snacks will be coffee and donuts.
Lunch will be your choice of pork chops or ribeye steak.

Additional agenda items may be added at the request of a Division Board member prior to the
Call to Order
Flotilla Commander (FC) and SO Reports are due to the DCDR and VDCDR 1 week prior to
the meeting. FC’s unable to attend should ensure that their Vice Flotilla Commander has a letter
from the FC authorizing the VFC to represent the FC and cast votes on behalf of the FC.
